Glazing is the term used to describe the transparent material, such as glass and plexiglass, that covers the artwork as a means of protection. We offer many variations on these materials, including regular picture glass, anti-reflective glass and conservation glass, which is specially treated to block up to 98% of the ultraviolet light rays that hasten the fading of your artwork. Plexiglass, though more prone to scratching than glass products, is lighter in weight and comes in the regular and ultraviolet-filtering varieties.
